Wash the lemon and cut into 8 wedges.Keep in a clean bowl with juice and add salt
Take a pan dry roast the fenugreek seeds and make a powder using blender
Add this fenugreek powder,red chilly powder , tumeric powder to the salt lemon mixture bowl
Take a pan add seasame oil then add mustard seeds and asafoetida when mustard seed starts crackle switch off the flame,then it should be cool completely
Then add this oil in the lemon mixture and mix it well properly
Store in a clean airtight container to develop the flavours
Its gets softer when it matured for 10 to 15 days
Then its ready to eat with Paratha,rice
